Transcript Requests
To request an Aviation High School transcript, please complete the following steps:
- Print and complete the Transcript Request Form. Transcript Request Forms.pdf
- Provide proof of identity.
Submit a copy of your passport, IDNYC, or state-issued photo ID that includes your signature. -
Submit payment.
Pay for your transcript request through the school store or mail a check or money order with your request to: (School Store Click Here)Aviation High School

Important Information
- After making your payment, please include your payment transaction number with your transcript request.
- Please submit your request only once using one delivery method (either email or mail). Duplicate requests delay processing for everyone.
- During the summer months, when school is closed, transcript requests are processed manually on Wednesdays only. All requests are completed in the order they are received. Because of the limited processing schedule, turnaround times may be longer than usual.
- Please be patient and do not send duplicate emails or additional requests to check on the status of your transcript. Sending duplicate requests places your request back into the processing queue and may further delay completion.
- If you are a third-party employment verification company, you must include:
- A signed authorization/release from the former student.
- The former student's full date of birth with your request.
