For official copies of your transcript, please follow the directions below.

* During the Summer break (June 28, 2024 - September 06, 2024) we will only be processing requests on Wednesdays; in the order in which they are received* 

Transcript Requests

To order an Aviation High School transcript you must do the following:

  1. Print and complete these forms:   Transcript Request Forms.pdf 
  2. Send a copy of your passport, IDNYC, or state-issued photo ID with your signature to prove your identity.
  3. Pay for your transcript request at our school store  https://aviationhs.retailtime.cloud/or submit a check or money order along with your request by mail to 45-30  36th Street, Long Island City, NY 11101 
  4. Scan and email the completed forms to pbarberi@schools.nyc.gov or fax your forms to 718-349-2787 or mail the completed forms to Aviation High School

* Please only submit your request 1 time only using 1 of the delivery methods above. 

* If you are a third-party employment verification company you must send a signed release from the former student and the request MUST include the Full date of birth.
