Parent NYCSA and Google Classroom Log In Instructions

There are two portals where you can find information regarding your child.  The first is the NYC Schools Account, found at  Please use this portal to access report cards, attendance, required forms and some class grades.  The second is Google Classroom, found at  Please use this portal to see detailed progress in your child’s classes.  For Google Classroom, you must log on using your child’s email and password.


To see your child’s report cards, some grades and attendance, click on My Student.  This will take you to a site where you can access detailed information about your child, including their NYC Students email address.  Your child also knows his/her email address.



To reset your child’s email/Google Classroom/TeachHub account, click on the Gear in the upper right hand corner.  With your child’s email and with this password, you can log into their Google Classroom.



We are also asking that you click on the Forms button so that you can complete all of the required forms.  Completing these forms online, eliminates the need for you to complete paper versions.
