Dear Summer School Students, Parents and Families,

Thank you for your patience as we prepare to begin Summer School 2020 on Monday, July 6, 2020. The students of the Academy of Finance and Enterprise, Aviation High School, Bard High School Early College Queens, Civic Leadership Academy, High School of Applied Communication, Maspeth High School, and Robert F. Wagner Jr. High School will be attending a remote learning summer school program as one summer school site. All coursework will be available and delivered through DOE Student Accounts as described below. Please note that the Department of Education is making course information and content available to all students by Monday, July 6, 2020.

Unlike in past years, students will log into their classes using their DOE Student Account. By now, all students enrolled in summer school should have accessed their DOE account information by following this link and inputting their nine-digit student ID (OSIS) number as well as their date of birth. 

Students will use their DOE Student Account & password to log into Teach Hub where they should see a blue icon for iLearn NYC. After clicking on Teach Hub students may need to select the K-12 option before they see the iLearnNYC icon.

Below is a list of instructions to help you access your summer “classroom”:

1. Access DOE Student Account & password: https://idm.nycenet.edu/students/start.form
2. Open Teach Hub: https://teachhub.schools.nyc/Home/Index
3. Enter DOE username (email) & password in login-page
4. Select iLearnNYCicon (may need to select K-12 before the app icons appear)
5. Students can see their classes by clicking on the 9 dot (3x3) waffle icon.

As a reminder, summer classes will take place from July 6 - August 14, 2020, with a vacation day on July 31 in observance of Eid al-Adha.

Summer school schedules and content will be available by Monday, July 6, 2020. Be sure to log into your DOE Student Account by 8:00 AM on Monday!
